HOW DO I PLACE A PRINT ORDER?
There are 5 simple steps:
Generate a quote from our online quote system. Or email us your artwork (or concept) and specs for quotation. Job specs must include quantity, preferred paper stock, dimensions, printing techniques and finishing services.
Once you are happy with the quote, please provide us with your billing & postal address and preferred contact number in order for us to finalise the invoice.
Please inform us prior to this step if you are an international customer or require payment with credit card. 3% surcharge will apply.
Once we have received payment and final artwork, we will email you a PDF proof (usually within 24 hours) for you to review online.
Alternatively to speed up the process, you can fill in our submission forms along with your final artwork, and send it back to us with the quotation PDF that you generate from our online quote system. We will then issue an invoice, when the payment is clear, we will send your order straight into production.We will send your order straight into production.
Upon your approval of the proof, your project will move into production. Our turnaround is about 3 weeks plus delivery from the date proof approval is review and approved by you.
Once your order is completed and received by the delivery hub, Australia Post will email you with the delivery date.
