TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please take some time to read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly and ensure you fully understand them and their implications before you commence any project with us. Please also note that from time to time, we may need to alter these terms and conditions without notice. Please contact us if you do not understand any of the terms and conditions in this document. 

1. TERMINATION POLICY  

From time to time, circumstances beyond the control of either party may result in the need for project cancellation.    

 

A. After a proof is created, an admin fee of $30 (plus GST) will be charged. Design commencement fees and progress payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.    

 

B. Canceling or changing a project within 24 hours after the proof has been approved to production, a cancelation/change fee of $150 (plus GST) will be charged. This is to cover costs already incurred and administration.    

 

C. If your project is in production or complete, you will be charged in full to cancel or make changes to it. In some cases, we can offer a discount for re-printing. Please contact us for more information.      

 

 

2. RETURNS AND REPRINTS  

All orders are custom made so they are non-refundable. This does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Claims for damages, defects or shortages must be submitted in writing within 7 business days after the delivery of your order. In the event of a reprint or refund, the original order must be returned in its entirety.        

 

 

3. PROOF  

While we take all care to avoid errors, we accept no responsibility for typographical errors or incorrect print details (such as print methods, print colours, paper, size or quantity) on any project committed to production.    

 

A proof approval serves as an agreement between us, which will ensure that no changes/errors have occurred when transferring your artwork into our pre-press system, even when you supply the print-ready artwork. No refunds or reprints are given after a final approved artwork has gone to print due to oversights by your proofreading. Errors found at proofing stage will be corrected at no charge. Errors detected during press-production will be billed at an hourly rate, on top of additional print costs if they apply.        

 

 

4.  COLOURS  

PMS Colour - PMS ink colours are mixed by hand, so although we take the utmost care, slight variations are possible.  

 

Full Colour - As all monitors are calibrated differently, there could be colour variations between what you see on screen and the appearance of the final product.  

 

Re-Order - Due to the nature of printing and bulk-run printing system, there may be some colour variations from different print runs.      

 

 

5.  TRIMMING  

Your job is printed on a large sheet and then trimmed to size, so a small amount of movement may occur when it is being cut to size.    

 

 

6. DELIVERY  

While we make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible, this delivery timeframe is in no way a promise or guarantee of delivery time. If there are any unforeseen delays or concerns with your order once posted (including the rare case of your order not arriving), we are not liable as we have no control once the order is with the Postal Service. The shipping fee is strictly non-refundable.    

 

 

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS    

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before ordering.        

 

 

8. PRODUCT SAMPLES  

You agree to allow us to showcase any/all work created in the course of a project as part of our portfolio. We acknowledge the confidential nature of projects and agree to only display project work once the product/site has been publicly launched/commences. Please inform us if you do not wish your job to be seen on social media.            

 

 

9.  FORCE MAJEURE  

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in supply or delivery of products/services where such failure or delay is wholly or partly due to any cause or circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control. Including but not limited to war, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes or unrest, government restrictions or transport delays, fire, power outages, failure attributable to hosting suppliers, breakdown of plant, theft, vandalism, riots, civil commotions, accidents of any kind or act of terrorism.      

 

 

10.  COPYRIGHT  

We retain full ownership of design concepts and the materials they produce. Once a final concept is delivered to you, and full payment is received, complete ownership rights to the concept transfer to you. Unused concepts remain the property of us. We may still use paid-for concepts in promotional materials and our design portfolio. Unless you request otherwise, we retain the right to display a small byline claiming design credit on works it produces, except for corporate stationery.
