TERMS OF SERVICE
We kindly request that you carefully review and comprehend these Terms and Conditions before beginning any project with us. Please be advised that we may need to make changes to these terms and conditions periodically without prior notice. If you have any questions or do not fully understand any part of this document, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.
1. TERMINATION POLICY
At times, circumstances beyond the control of either party may lead to the need for canceling a project.
- Once a proof is created, an administrative fee of $30 (plus GST) will be applied. Design / artwork commencement fees and progress payments are non-refundable once work has started.
- In case of canceling or changing a project within 24 hours after approving the proof for production, a cancellation/change fee of $150 (plus GST) will be charged to cover the costs incurred and administration.
- If the project is already in production or complete, the cancellation or changes will be charged in full. However, we may offer a discount for re-printing in some situations. For more information, please contact us.
2. RETURNS AND REPRINTS
Custom-made items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale/custom-made purchases.
If you receive an order with damages, defects, or shortages, please notify us in writing within 7 business days after delivery. To request a reprint, you must return the original order in its entirety.
3. PROOF APPROVAL
While we make every effort to avoid errors, we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or inaccurate print details (such as print methods, print colours, paper, size, or quantity) on any project that has entered production. We provide two free proofs, but any further modifications to the artwork or specifications may incur additional proofing fees of $10 each.
A proof approval serves as an agreement between us, which will ensure that no changes or errors have occurred when transferring your artwork into our pre-press system, even when you supply the print-ready artwork. Once a final approved artwork has been printed, no refunds or reprints are provided due to oversights in proofreading. However, if errors are found during the proofing stage, we will make the necessary corrections at no additional charge. If errors are detected during press production, they will be billed at an hourly rate, along with any additional print costs if applicable.
4. PRINT COLOURS
PMS Colour - Despite our best efforts, there may be slight variations in PMS ink colours as they are hand-mixed.
Full Colour - Due to variations in monitor calibration, there may be differences in colour between what is displayed on screen and the appearance of the final product.
Re-Order - Minor colour variations may occur in different print runs due to the nature of printing and bulk-run printing systems.
Your project will be printed on a large sheet and later trimmed to the required size, which can result in minor movements during the cutting process.
We endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please note that the stated delivery timeframe is not a promise or guarantee of delivery time.
We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays or issues with your order once it has been dispatched, including the unlikely scenario of it not arriving. Once your order has been sent via Postal Service, we have no control over it, and therefore, we are not liable. Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable.
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost and may apply upon delivery. Customers or recipients are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or other charges as they are not included in the checkout price. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before ordering. We have no control over the timing or amount of these fees, which vary by country, city, and package. We are unable to pay these fees ahead of time or handle them on our end.
8. PRODUCT SAMPLES
By accepting our services, you grant us permission to feature any and all work produced during the project in our portfolio. We understand and respect the confidentiality of the projects and will only display the work once the product has been publicly launched. If you do not want your project to be displayed on social media, please let us know.
We reserve the right to maintain full ownership of design concepts and their associated materials. After delivering the final design concept to you and receiving full payment, ownership rights will be transferred to you. Any unused concepts will remain our property. Paid-for concepts may still be used in our promotional materials and design portfolio. Unless you request otherwise, we reserve the right to display a small byline claiming design credit on works that we produce, except for corporate stationery.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be held responsible for any delays or inability to provide products or services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, acts of war, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, government regulations, transportation delays, power outages, failures caused by third-party hosting providers, equipment breakdowns, theft, vandalism, riots, civil unrest, accidents, or acts of terrorism.
